eNGINE is hiring a Business Analyst to support our financial customer's growing portfolio of digital transformation and system modernization initiatives. This individual will join a collaborative, well-established team and play a key role in translating business needs into actionable technical requirements across multiple high-impact projects. This is a hybrid role, so applicants must be local and able to work in Pittsburgh.

What Youll Do:

• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure business needs are clearly defined, understood, and executed.
• Gather, document, publish, and validate business & functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and use cases.
• Facilitate working sessions, interviews, and workshops with SMEs and business units.
• Work within Agile and Waterfall methodologies depending on project scope.
• Support change management activities and ensure alignment to IT strategy.
• Provide clear communication updates across teams and project stakeholders.
• Assist in testing, implementation readiness, and postgolive validation.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or related field (required).
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Analyst.
• Experience documenting and managing requirements for enterprise applications or complex business workflows.
• Financial industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skillssomeone who asks thoughtful questions and is comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Previous exposure to software application development environments preferred (you dont need to code, but understanding the process matters).
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent efforts and stakeholders.
