Senior Recruiting Operations Manager - Bay Area (Remote)

Base pay range: $162,000.00/yr - $191,000.00/yr

Teleport is a cybersecurity platform that provides on-demand, least privileged access to infrastructure based on cryptographic identity and zero trust, with built-in identity security and policy governance, making the happy path for engineers the secure path.

We are looking for a Senior Recruiting Operations Manager with experience scaling recruiting operations in fastpaced tech companies. This is a remote opportunity; candidates should be based in the Bay Area.

What youll be doing

• Lead the vision and strategy, identifying and executing largescale transformation initiatives that improve efficiency and consistency across the entire recruitment lifecycle.
• Champion datadriven decision making by advancing the use of recruiting analytics and partnering with Talent Acquisition to define key metrics of success.
• Manage and enhance Teleports recruiting technology stack, including Ashby, Candidate.fyi and related tools.
• Promote the companys reputation as a great place to work.
• Keep uptodate with new technological trends and products.

What youll bring

• Success designing and scaling hiring operations in highgrowth, global environments.
• Strong expertise with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improve processes.
