TRC’s client, a well-established manufacturing organization in Gwinnett County, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the primary HR leader for a manufacturing facility. 

This is a high-impact role offering strong benefits, stability, and direct partnership with plant leadership.

The HRBP operates as a trusted advisor to site leaders while owning day-to-day HR execution across the full employee lifecycle. This role balances hands-on HR support with consultative guidance to drive engagement, performance, and workforce effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
•    Serve as the primary HR advisor to plant leadership on employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and retention.
•    Act as the main HR point of contact for employees and leaders, ensuring consistent and compliant HR practices.
•    Lead employee relations matters, including investigations, documentation, and manager coaching.
•    Oversee payroll preparation and partner with corporate payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
•    Administer benefits programs and maintain accurate HRIS and personnel records.
•    Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles; partner with hiring managers on hiring strategy.
•    Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies.
•    Support safety initiatives, training coordination, and engagement programs.
•    Provide HR insights and reporting related to turnover, hiring metrics, and workforce trends.

Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
•    6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
•    Experience serving as the primary HR resource for a site strongly preferred.
•    Working knowledge of employee relations, payroll, benefits, and employment law.
•    Proficiency with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred) and timekeeping platforms.
•    Strong consultative, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•    Comfortable balancing strategic partnership with hands-on execution.
