About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Financial Executive to lead our accounting functions and provide strategic financial guidance as we pursue growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will spearhead all financial activities, including reporting, planning, supervision, and investment management. This seasoned leader will play a pivotal role in assisting the executive team with forecasting, budgeting, and scaling our financial operations.
Your responsibilities will also include the preparation and filing of tax returns, financial statements, and various reports required by regulatory agencies. A proven track record in crafting growth strategies for financial institutions is essential.
The successful applicant will possess a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, while a Master's degree and CPA designation are highly preferred. Applicants should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, strong proficiency in PC software, and exceptional attention to detail.
You will oversee financial staff development, ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, and stay updated with current accounting standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work efficiently under pressure, set priorities, and tackle complex financial challenges, while being a leader in staff training and development in financial management.
