As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated financial institution locations to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and employees. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help address issues as they arise.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activities and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities or conditions to the appropriate parties, following established protocols.
• Assist with controlling access to the premises and monitoring entry and exit points in accordance with location policies.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal management and client contacts to support a secure, professional environment at the location.
• Complete required logs and reports accurately and in a timely manner based on site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
