As a Security Officer - Auto Facility Patrol in Seymour, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within an automotive manufacturing location, helping to deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to support a reassuring presence, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication to all employees and visitors. Pay Rate: $13.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon09:00 PM - 05:00 AMTue09:00 PM - 05:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding as appropriate to emergencies and/or incidents.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the overall security-related goals at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols within the auto manufacturing environment and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal and site management as directed.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors by providing directions or information regarding site-specific protocols and procedures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
