Job Title: Neurologist - Bakersfield, CA (New Grads are accepted)

Schedule:


Monday to Friday outpatient office hours.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Neurologist to join our outpatient neurology practice in Bakersfield, CA. The ideal candidate will have completed a neurology residency, be eligible for a California medical license, and possess strong clinical expertise to manage a diverse patient population. As a Neurologist, you will provide exceptional patient care in an outpatient setting with in-office testing services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat neurological conditions in adult patients (16+ years of age).
  • Manage a mix of consultations and follow-up appointments, typically seeing 15-18 patients daily initially, with expectations to increase to 16-20 patients after the adaptation period.
  • Conducted in-office diagnostic tests and assisted with patient education.
  • Work Monday to Friday during outpatient office hours with a flexible call schedule (weekends and nights optional).
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide the highest standard of care to patients.
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on all patient interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of Neurology Residency.
  • Eligibility for a California Medical License.
  • No prior experience is required; new graduates are welcome.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
