Marketing & Product Specialist – E-Commerce & Marketplaces

📍 Location: Willoughby, OH

💼 Job Type: Full-Time

💵 Pay Range: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a Marketing & Product Specialist – E-Commerce & Marketplaces who will play a key role in managing our product catalog, optimizing our website, and driving sales growth across Amazon, eBay, and other channels. This role combines creativity with detail-oriented execution and offers the opportunity to directly shape how our products are presented to customers online, in the showroom, and across campaigns.

What You’ll Do

Product & Website Management

• Manage and update product listings in NetSuite ERP to ensure accurate data flows across systems.
• Oversee product listings on our website to ensure accuracy, consistency, and SEO optimization.
• Manage product data, descriptions, pricing, and imagery to keep the catalog up to date.
• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to onboard new products.
• Monitor product performance, website analytics, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

Marketplace Management & Sales Growth

• Manage product listings and storefronts on Amazon and eBay, ensuring optimized content and competitive positioning.
• Develop strategies to grow sales on third-party marketplaces, including product promotions and advertising campaigns.
• Monitor marketplace performance, reviews, and rankings to continually improve sales and visibility.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory availability.

Marketing & Promotion

• Develop and execute product promotion strategies across website, email, social media, and PPC.
• Highlight seasonal sales, new arrivals, and featured products to drive traffic and conversions.
• Support campaign planning and content creation (banners, landing pages, ad copy, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing team on SEO content, blogs, and product-focused campaigns.
• Ensure product promotions are aligned with company goals and customer interests.

Showroom & Samples Display Promotion

• Maintain and refresh showroom displays to reflect new collections and promotions.
• Oversee organization and updates of flooring samples for both showroom and online use.
• Work with operations to keep sample inventory stocked, labeled, and consistent with current offerings.
• Create signage, promotional content, and in-showroom marketing to enhance the customer experience.
• Support sales and customer service teams with updated product visuals and promotional materials.

Cross-Team Support

• Partner with operations, logistics, sales, and customer service to support product-related initiatives.
• Ensure consistency of product messaging across all customer touchpoints.
• Contribute creative ideas for improving product presentation and promotions.
• Analyze data to measure performance and plan future initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or e-commerce (flooring/home improvement experience is a plus).
• Experience managing products in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Experience managing and growing sales on Amazon/eBay or other online marketplaces.
• Proficiency in website management tools (Magento preferred), CMS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing channels (Google Analytics, Google Ads, MOZ, social media, email marketing).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
