*TEKsystems is currently hiring Member Service Representatives to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Winchester, VA!*
*Position:* Member Service Representative (Account Services)
*Job Description*
* To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation
* Provide information regarding the company's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service
* Perform transactions or related functions for Savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts
* Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction
* Handle a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily
*Qualifications*
* High School Diploma/ GED required
* 1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (call center, collections, banking)
* Ability to work in a fast-pace high-volume call center environment
* Professional written and verbal communication skills
* Strong computer knowledge and data entry/typing skills
*Training:* First 6 weeks of training is FULLY onsite. Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4pm OR 3pm - 11pm
Schedules available (after training): 4 week days & 1 weekend day: 11am - 8:30pm, 1pm - 10:30pm, 2:30pm - 12am, 3:00pm - 12:30am, 3:30pm - 1am, or 4pm - 1:30am
*Location:* Winchester, VA / ability to work hybrid after training with 2 days onsite per week

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Martinsburg, WV.
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
