Oxford Solutions is partnering with a client seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join their wealth management team. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running - an established professional who thrives on relationship management and delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of private client relationships.
• Guide clients through wealth management decisions, providing tailored financial planning and investment advice.
• Independently handle account reviews, maintenance, and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Develop comprehensive financial plans addressing retirement, cash flow, education, risk management, and other long-term goals using financial planning software
• Recommend and execute investment strategies including ETFs and individual equities.
• Collaborate with external professionals such as attorneys, accountants, and insurance advisors to ensure holistic financial guidance.
• Maintain detailed client information and activities using CRM systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, J.D., Ph.D.) or professional designation (CFP, CFA) preferred.
• Series 65 license or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) required.
• 3-5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, private banking, or investment advisory.
• Proven experience selling ETFs or individual stocks.
• Prior management of direct client relationships, ideally with 50+ households.
• Strong knowledge of investment strategies, wealth management principles, and financial planning tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
