Executive Recruiter Opportunity

What's a typical day as an Executive Recruiter? You'll be:

  • Recruiting, interviewing, and recommending placement of candidates for Director and VP level roles.
  • Maintaining effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs.
  • Consulting with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates and extending offers to selected candidates.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business and have 7+ years of recruiting experience in staffing or corporate HR.
  • Have experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing techniques, and developing candidate databases.
  • Possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to partner with managers and executives in their hiring process.
