American Ramp Company (ARC) is a global leader in action sports park design and construction, dedicated to creating safe, inspiring spaces where communities can gather, play, and thrive. With over 25 years of experience and 4,000 projects completed across 44 countries, ARC collaborates with civic leaders, park planners, and community advocates to build custom skate parks, bike parks, and bicycle playgrounds that bring joy and connection to people of all ages. By making riding accessible and fun, ARC strives to transform lives through consistent outdoor activity, fostering healthier, more connected communities around the world.
Our growth has required our team to expand into new disciplines and add depth in others. We’re continually reviewing applicants and resumes for multiple positions that include engineering, park design, finance, sales, project management, IT, graphic design, marketing, and office support positions.
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, people-driven Action Sports Sales Representative to join our Central Region team. This role blends Sales Development Representative (SDR) responsibilities with traditional sales functions, offering a strong growth path within ARC’s sales organization.
You’ll begin by focusing heavily on outbound prospecting—connecting with municipalities, parks professionals, and community advocates to uncover opportunities for new skateparks, bike parks, pump tracks, trails, and bicycle playgrounds. As your product knowledge and confidence grow, your responsibilities will expand into more traditional sales activities, including account management, proposal development, and in-person meetings.
